Managing Your SONG Account

You can use your SONG account to keep your personal details up to date.

Log in to your SONG account before making any changes.

Changing your name or address

You can update your name and postal address from your SONG account.

Please keep your address up to date, especially if you receive membership packs or order merchandise.

Changing your email address

You can request a change to the email address connected to your SONG account.

1. Enter your new email address and save the change.
2. SONG will send a verification email to the new email address.
3. Your current email address will remain connected to your account until you confirm the change.
4. Open the verification email and follow the instructions.
5. Select Confirm email change.
6. After the new email address has been verified, your SONG account will be updated.

If you did not request the change, do not confirm it.

No longer have access to your current email address?

Do not create another SONG account.

Select No longer have access to your email? to open the secure account recovery form.

SONG will compare the information you provide with your existing membership record before changing the email address on your account.

Changing your password

Open Account details in your SONG account to change your password.

SONG cannot see or retrieve your password.

If you have moved to another country

You can update your ordinary postal address, but you cannot change the country connected to your SONG membership yourself.

Your membership country is used to apply the correct membership, postage and customs rules.

If you have permanently moved to another country, use the Contact SONG page.

SONG will update the country connected to your membership after checking the change.

Do not create a new account because you have moved country.
