Renewing Your SONG Membership

You can renew your SONG membership from the first day of the month in which your current membership expires.

For example, if your membership expires on 30 September, you can renew from 1 September.

You cannot renew earlier than this.

When you renew, your new expiry date will be the last day of the same month in the following year.

For example, if you renew during September 2026, your new expiry date will be 30 September 2027.

How to renew

  1. Log in to your SONG account.
  2. When your membership is eligible for renewal, use the renewal option shown in your account.
  3. Choose the correct membership option.
  4. Add the membership to your cart.
  5. Continue to checkout and place your order.

UK membership renewals

Every UK membership renewal includes a new physical SONG membership pack.

UK members do not have a No Pack option.

The membership price is £11.50.

UK payment methods

UK members can pay by:

  • Debit or credit card
  • Cheque or postal order

If you choose cheque or postal order, payment instructions will be sent to you by email after you place the order.

Your renewal will be processed after the payment has been received and cleared.

Overseas membership renewals

The membership price is £11.50.

Overseas members currently choose one of these options:

  • With Pack
  • No Pack

With Pack

Choose With Pack if you want to receive a new physical SONG membership pack.

International postage is added to your order.

Customs, import charges or postal handling charges may also apply, depending on the destination.

Where SONG can calculate and collect these charges at checkout, they will be shown before you pay.

Where charges must be paid after the parcel reaches your country, this will be explained during checkout.

No Pack

Choose No Pack if you do not want to receive a physical membership pack.

Your SONG membership remains £11.50.

There is no international postage.

There are no customs or postal handling charges because nothing is being posted to you.

Overseas payment methods

European members can pay by debit or credit card or by Wise bank transfer.

Other overseas members can currently pay by debit or credit card.

If you have moved to another country

Do not change the country connected to your membership yourself.

Your SONG membership country is used to apply the correct membership, postage and customs rules.

If you have moved permanently to another country, contact SONG before renewing so that your membership country can be updated correctly.

If you cannot log in

If you have forgotten your password, use Lost your password? on the Log In page.

If you no longer have access to the email address connected to your SONG account, select No longer have access to your email? to open the secure account recovery form.

Do not create another SONG account.
