Registering for the SONG Website

You do not need to create a separate website account before joining SONG.

Your SONG website account is created automatically when you place your first membership order.

How to create your account

1. Choose Join from the website menu.
2. Choose the correct membership for your country.
3. Add the membership to your cart and complete the checkout.

You will not be asked to create a password during checkout. After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your SONG website account has been created.

The email contains a ‘Set your new password’ link. Select the link and create your own password.

You can then use your email address and password to log in to your SONG account.

If you are already a SONG member

Do not create another account.

If you have previously joined SONG through the website, you should already have a SONG account.

Use Log In and enter the email address connected to your membership.

If you do not remember your password, select Lost your password? and follow the password reset instructions.

If the website says an account already exists

Do not place another membership order using a different email address.

Use Log In or Lost your password? instead.

If you no longer have access to the email address connected to your SONG account, select No longer have access to your email? on the Log In or password reset page.

This opens the secure SONG account recovery form.
